You are cordially invited to attend the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s, LADWP Connection event to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2015, from5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at its headquarters, John Ferraro Building, 111 North Hope Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The theme of the event is Smart Supply – Driving a Sustainable Water and Power Infrastructure.
LADWP, the nation’s largest municipally-owned utility, has been providing water and power in the greater Los Angeles community for more than one hundred years and awards approximately two billion dollars in contracts each year to various business enterprises including small, disabled veteran, minority and women-owned companies.
The “Connection” event will provide an excellent forum for small businesses to network with large
Prime Contractors, develop new alliances, and build relationships for future opportunities to replace our aging infrastructure and comply with new regulatory mandates.
Event Information:
Event will be held at the LADWP Headquarters Cafeteria & “A” Level Lobby.
Thirty (30) pre-selected Prime Contractor exhibitors will be available to network with small businesses.
Seventeen (17) Divisions from LADWP and other City of Los Angeles agencies will be available to network with attending businesses.
Free parking will be provided in Customer Lot, Gate 6 (Enter on Hope Street) on a first-come first-served basis.
Refreshments will be provided.
